Payment:
Order must be accompanied by payment in full. Pricesin this catalog are in US Dollars. We accept payment via Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), Check, or Money Order. Only checks in US dollars will be accepted. Please add $5.00 to checks originating from banks outside the US (even accounts in US dollars). Returned check fee is $40.00. Delivery:
You can expect to see your merchandise within 5-9 business days from the time we receive your order in most situations. All orders are shipped via UPS Ground where service is available unless otherwise specified by the customer. Expedited shipping is available at an additional cost and will be assessed on a case by case basis. (Please inquire within.) For delivery to Alaska , Hawaii , and international locations, please e-mail sales@appleseededucational.com for a quote. Prices you see in the checkout process are for mainland U.S. customers only. International customers are responsible for all customer / duty fees. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges. We are unable to ship directly to AP/APO (military overseas) addresses. | Returns
If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, please give us a call within 30 days to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges. All returns except for damaged merchandise may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. For damaged or missing merchandise, see below left. In order to receive your refund, please obtain all original packaging.
